Low Budget Funnies #2 was self-published by Bob Vojtko in Jan. 1978.
The eight page mini comic was 7" x 4.25" and included Sgt. A-Wall (2 pages), Rocket Roach (4 pages), and Fishtales (back cover) comic strips.
The issue also included a special 8.5" x 14" b&w poster with a picture of the cartoonist himself.
Originally selling for 25¢ and a 13¢ stamp, today copies fetch $10 or $15 on eBay and collector's websites.
