Backstory
This is the last strip that was produced for the series. The business meeting that Nora was about to begin was based on an Amway meeting I attended several years earlier. A friend of mine (who shall remain nameless) invited my wife and I over to his house one evening to hear about an exciting new business opportunity. There wasn't much if any, advance information about the meeting. The whole approach hinged on taking advantage of relationships with friends to make a sales pitch to a captive audience. This series was intended to lampoon the whole sleazy experience.
